Pack light
Some water, sweets
Something to keep you warm
Something to light your path
Bring enough faith and strength
Keep a sharp mind and an open heart
Be supportive and respectful
Be humbled by your surroundings
And never underestimate time

May your journeys be fulfilling
And each day, a blessing
