Yes it does!

(In a Nutshell) We're back from our honeymoon. And the wedding was just two weeks ago. It's been a great wedding and I'm so relieved that the show's over. I still can't believe how it all happened so fast. The honeymoon was even better of course.. so yes, we did explore Palawan, from Puerto Princesa City to El Nido. Then what could've been our Batanes escapade, became a better, and far longer trip to the Visayas.. we picked Cebu, explored the city and hopped into Bantayan Island. We had a few more days so we took the ferry jet to Tagbilaran City in Bohol. We explored the province, from Panglao Island, to the Chocolate Hills and the Hanging Bridge in Sevilla. We chilled at a nearby resort and capped the night off with the latest Indiana Jones movie at BQ mall. We milled around Cebu City again the next day until it was time for our return flight to Manila. Whew!

A Big Stretch of Cloud

I saw a big stretch of white hovering over the Philippines in Weather Accuevue. I wonder how this will turn out on my wedding day.. on our trips!

I'm really more concerned about our trips than the big day but i'm sure my family and friends are hoping that the weather will turn out fine on Wednesday.

I believe in being positive about the day. We've had so many wonderful rainy days together. It's THE day after all, rain or shine. I'm not really into the pagan practices of offering but I am into positive thinking. I'm sure things'll turn out great! :)

Ten Days to Go

It's hot..it's humid.. it was raining cats and dogs yesterday! I was soaking wet by the time I reached EspaƱa. I was renched when I arrived at Gateway. I was supposed to buy lingerie for my gown.. but started to scoop the shops for slippers and dry clothes. Got myself some nice Ipanema flip flops. I was hoping to get a skirt or some pants, but I didn't find anything I liked. I was pretty much drained. By the time I met Alan, I was somewhat dry already.

We finalized our seating arrangement, the labels per table and the giveaway tags. I had to go back to the designer today to finally pick up the wedding dress. We couldn't squeeze the shoes in our schedule since the people we talked to are out of town. I was pissed off with the parish office coz of the misalette issue. Turns out they were trying to milk some more money out from us. I really hate it!

What's next is the final payment for the cake this weekend, the playlist, and the vans that we'll be renting for the day.

So what's it like for us? Well, we're trying to take it easy since all the big deals are over. It's really just a wait and see. And since we're more excited with the honeymoon, I think another round of shopping for board shorts, snorkling gear, etc. will be set this coming weekend. We'll try to squeeze in moving in by next week as well, at least before we leave for the trip.

I just hope we get to finally enjoy a stress free weekend soon.
